Hey did you hear that flash is a thing of the past?!

Well I guess not totally but it does sound like we’re on the forefront of a new age for the way we view videos and animated graphics on the web. I was reading the Adobe Blog site and apparently flash works crappy on mobile devices so HTML5 is the new king.

I did some research and found a few HTML5 video players but none of them were free! So I kept digging and I found this really nice player that’s open source and it looks really awesome! They have a WordPress plugin for this one on their site so I suggest going that route first. But if for some reason it doesn’t work on your blog (like it’s not working on mine) then keep an eye out for my next blog post where I’ll show you how to install it on your site.
